After booking, you will receive a detailed questionnaire covering your dates, interests, budget, travel style, initial ideas and any concerns you would like to discuss.

2. I PREPARE FOR OUR CALL
During our private 60 minute Google Meet, we will work through your ideas, identify what will suit you and shape a realistic framework for your trip.

Within five working days, I will send you a concise written summary of my recommendations, practical next steps and useful links discussed during our call.

• A detailed day by day itinerary
• Accommodation availability searches or extensive hotel shortlists

• Making accommodation, transport, restaurant or activity bookings
• Booking flights or car hire
• Unlimited revisions or ongoing email support
The standard consultation is designed for trips of up to 14 days with a maximum of four main destinations. If you are planning a longer or more complex journey, please contact me before booking so I can confirm whether the consultation is suitable.
